Mark Bradford , a native of Maine, began his legal career with Owen & Davis, P.C., a hot-house litigation boutique that was acquired by Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P. (now Norton Rose Fulbright) in 2002, where he spent more than six years as a commercial and IP litigator. Mark Bradford, P.C. was incorporated in February 2009.
As a litigator, Mark Bradford has successfully handled all kinds of commercial disputes, as well as copyright, trademark, and trade dress infringement litigation. He has also handled many kinds of copyright and trademark matters and consultation, negotiated and drafted music, film and television contracts, options, royalty and synchronization agreements, licensing agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and development agreements, as well as bylaws, operating agreements, shareholder and investor agreements for start-ups, partnership and dissolution agreements and art trusts.
He is admitted to practice in New York State and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
He is a graduate of Fordham Law School (J.D. 1998), Brown University (A.B. 1987) and Phillips Exeter Academy (1982).
He is counsel for Electronic Arts Intermix, and is Executor for the estate of the late performance and mixed-media artist, Stuart Sherman.
